JMP Consulting is hosting an international symposium that aims to draw on best practice in Canada, Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand to help participants develop knowledge, skills and networks, and take practical steps to improve Indigenous employment outcomes through learnings from innovative and successful initiatives being undertaken in New Zealand, Canada and Australia.
This symposium will benefit employment service providers, the education and training sector, Maori and Indigenous businesses, businesses that employ Indigenous people, policy makers, job seekers and students, who are aiming to improve Indigenous employment outcomes.
The symposium will be held at Pukemokimoki Marae and the adjoining Kings House Church in Napier, Hawkes Bay NZ. It will begin with a powhiri at 4pm on Monday 28 November and will finish at 3 pm Wednesday 30 November.
