Jody Hamilton - Director (Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngārauru, Ngāti Raukawa) is an experienced community engagement practitioner and business development coach. 

Joe Baker - Director (Samoan descent) provides project management services and business support services.

Ashlyn Obers - Consultant (Cook Islands descent, Ngāti Tūwharetoa, Ngāti Raukawa) provides project support and assists with research and delivery. 

Sarah Cotter - Projects Lead grew up in Hawkes Bay and has extensive experience in ISO 9001 compliance, tender and award development and continuous improvement. She is recognised for delivering structured, process-led solutions that enhance performance across quality, health and safety, contract coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Gloria Kimiora Ivaiti - Facilitator (Cook Islands descent), moved to New Zealand at the end of 2018. She is an open, approachable person who enjoys connecting with others and building meaningful relationships.

Pai Rivaia (She/Her) - Administrator (Pukapukan - Cook Islands and Vaitupu/Funafuti - Tuvaluan descent.) Grounded in strong Pasifika values and community, Pai identifies as part of the Rainbow/MVPFAFF+ community, bringing a rich intersection of culture, identity, and lived experience to her work.
